Shahid Shabir is a Ph.D. Scholar at Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Islamabad. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in the field of Applied Econometrics. He did Bachelor of Commerce and MBA-Finance from Govt. Post Graduate College, Muzaffarabad and got MS-Finance Degree from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University Islamabad. He has 08 years of professional experience of multiple industries that includes 03 years as Lecturer Finance and 05 years as a professional Banker. Currently he is serving as a Ph.D. Research Fellow in the Pakistan Team in a research project of Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research on rural regional transformation in Bangladesh, China, Indonesia and Pakistan.
