盛 誉 北京大学现代农学院副教授、新农村发展研究院副院长。曾担任全球农业生产力测度专家组成员，二十国峰会(G20)农业首席科学家农业生产力顾问团代表，经合组织农户数据分析会议特聘专家。1999年获南开大学经济学士学位，2006年获澳大利亚国立大学经济学博士学位，毕业后主要从事农业科技政策与生产力，农产品贸易与均衡分析、农村制度革新与发展相关领域的研究。在国内外期刊发表一系列学术论文(包括发表在American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Canadian Journal of Economics, Journal of International Money and Finance, Energy Economics, Food Policy, Review of Income and Wealth, World Development等重要经济学期刊刊物）。

Pengfei Shi is the PhD candidate in Applied Economics in the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research at Chinese Academy of Sciences. He also works as a senior research assistant at China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP), Peking University. His research focuses on rural transformation, poverty reduction and agricultural policy.

Jinxia Wang, Professor at School of Advanced Agricultural Sciences, Director of China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP) in Peking University. Boya Distinguished Professor in Peking University, Outstanding Young Scientist Award from the National Natural Science Foundation in China and Selected Candidate for Hundred Talent Program of Chinese Academy of Science. She received her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics at Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2000. During 2001-2003, she was hired as Postdoctoral Scientist of International Water Management Institute (IWMI).

Jikun Huang is Professor at the School of Advanced Agricultural Sciences, Dean of New Rural Development Research Institute and Honorary Director of China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP) in Peking University. He is a Fellow of the World Academy of Sciences - for the advancement of science in developing countries (TWAS), Honorary Life Member of the International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE), and Fellow of Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA).
